Located at No.209, Xuefu Road, Nangang District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang, HPETC belongs to department class research center,  affiliate of Heilongjiang Education Department. The center was originally named Heyou Pesticide Institute of Heilongjiang University founded on July 6, 1998, which was the fist institute co-founded by university (Chemical & Chemical Industry Institute of Heilongjiang University) and enterprise (Hegang Heyou Pesticide Co., Ltd) in Heilongjiang. Led by the policy of Heilongjiang Education Department to transform technology of institute into productivity, and greatly supported by leaders at various levels, the company established HPETC by integrating resources newly in May 2005.
At present, the center owns liquid chromatography, semi-preparative liquid chromatograph, gas chromatograph, infrared spectrum, ultraviolet spectrum, and laser particle analyzer, etc. In addition, the institute’s affiliate Heilongjiang University Analysis & Testing Center owns gas chromatograph mass spectrometer, nuclear magnetic resonance, elemental analyzer, double-wave scanner, electronic speculum, and XRD, etc, all of which meet the equipment demands of R&D of pesticide and chemical intermediate. |
