The research group of HPETC is composed of senior and intermediate research personnel, and some graduate students and undergraduates, who main engage in the development of new pesticides, research on pesticide production technique, development of new pesticide with proprietary intellectual property rights, and research of new agents, etc. At present, there are five professors, ten associate professors, four instructors, seven persons with doctor’s degree, three PhDs and ten ones with master’s degree in our center. What’s more, the center also invites many authorities as project development advisors, such as Prof. Li Zongcheng, the chairman of State Pesticide Commission, Prof. Su Shaoquan, the herbicide expert in China, Dr. Zhang Zongjian of State Pesticide Research Center, Li Sen, senior agronomist of Heilongjiang Plant Protection Unit, Chen Tiebao, senior agronomist of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Science, Prof. Zhang Jie of Heilongjiang Institute of Chemical Industry, and Wang Xianfeng, senior agronomist of Plant Protection Unit of Heilongjiang Bureau of Agricultural Settlement, etc. And the company builds up favorable cooperative relationship with Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry and Zhejiang Research Institute of Chemical Industry, etc.
